Accountabilities

• Define design initiatives that significantly enhance clinical operations and user outcomes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; a related graduate degree is a plus.
• Strong passion for improving behavioral health for children and families.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring junior designers.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate design strategies effectively.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• 8+ years of experience in designing complex digital products.
