As a Senior Agile Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and successful delivery of complex digital products within a dynamic and fast-evolving environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business needs into clear, actionable product roadmaps and ensure alignment between stakeholders, development teams, and company objectives. Accountabilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify priorities and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
• Lead agile product development initiatives, partnering with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate product usage, performance, and feedback to drive ongoing improvements and increase user adoption.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training and documentation materials to support product rollout and adoption.
• Coach and mentor other Product Owners, fostering collaboration and best practices across agile teams.
• Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
