Senior Associate, Growth Marketing

Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for driving execution and performance of growth initiatives across multiple acquisition channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and optimized for impact. Your work will directly contribute to improving user acquisition, engagement, and cost efficiency.
- Own end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, direct mail, SMS, outbound phone, and web, including setup, QA, launch, and optimization
- Support and execute test-and-learn agendas by defining hypotheses, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance and align on growth priorities
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting to ensure visibility for stakeholders
- Analyze campaign data to identify user behavior trends and translate insights into optimization opportunities
- Support performance reporting and communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes, execution quality, and operational efficiency across campaigns
Requirements
This role requires a strong mix of operational discipline, analytical capability, and hands-on marketing execution experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
- 2–4 years of experience driving growth or performance marketing outcomes within structured targets and budgets
- Hands-on experience executing email and/or direct mail campaigns at scale, ideally in a multi-channel environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Amplitude, DOMO, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of user acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle engagement strategies
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
