Accountabilities

• Generate campaignable ideas that scale across channels and translate strategy into strong creative directions.
• Define visual territories and campaign directions, building references, moodboards, and storytelling approaches.
• Design across campaigns, social, web, and events while maintaining high craft and attention to detail.
• Create and optimize landing pages and interactive web experiences using modern platforms.
• Build and expand scalable illustration libraries, ensuring consistency across brand visuals.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative production and scale outputs efficiently.
• Concept shoots and video work, creating storyboards that effectively communicate visual narratives.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven work and high-quality digital execution across brand, product, and marketing.
• Proven experience developing and scaling integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
• Exceptional design craft with expertise in typography, layout, and visual systems.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI, interaction design, and digital storytelling.
• Ability to design and build within modern platforms like Webflow.
• Strong systems thinking mindset to create scalable frameworks and cohesive visual systems.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to operate independently.
• Proven collaboration skills across brand, marketing, and product teams.
• Strong creative decision-making abilities.
• Experience leveraging modern tools, including AI, to enhance workflows.
• Strong storytelling ability across various formats.
• Proven experience owning or leading website design from concept to completion.
• Understanding of AI-native workflows to accelerate execution.
