Accountabilities

• Collaborate with learning and performance consultants on strategic solutions for stakeholders.
• Develop e-learning and video content that aligns with strategic objectives.
• Support the implementation of various learning initiatives as necessary.
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of learning initiatives to drive improvement.
• Mentor new instructional designers on best practices and tools.
• Stay updated on advancements in training and development methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of experience in learning projects.
• Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia).
• Experience with Vyond or equivalents for animation.
• Strong skills in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Knowledge of instructional design best practices and methodologies.
• A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Ability to apply cognitive science principles to enhance learning outcomes.
• Experience in selecting and aligning training delivery options effectively.
• Strong work ethic with a mindset of accountability.
