Senior Director - Integrated Value And Partnership Design
This senior strategic role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, enterprise deal architecture, and value-driven partnership design within a complex global healthcare organization. The Senior Director will be responsible for shaping how high-value deals are structured, articulated, and executed across the enterprise, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, customer needs, and long-term partnership value. Accountabilities:
- Own and operationalize the enterprise deal strategy framework, including value articulation, pricing logic, partnership structures, and contracting approaches
- Lead the development of executive-level deal narratives for high-value opportunities, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment across stakeholders
- Translate complex commercial and strategic insights into scalable assets, including toolkits, templates, messaging frameworks, and storytelling modules
- Define integrated value strategies and partnership roadmaps that align customer objectives with enterprise value propositions across deal lifecycles
- Standardize messaging and value realization approaches across new business and renewal opportunities to ensure consistency and scalability
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, legal, product, and subject matter experts to streamline complex deal orchestration and execution
- Identify operational inefficiencies in deal development and implement process improvements to increase speed, quality, and consistency
- Drive adoption of standardized deal frameworks and enablement tools across commercial teams to strengthen execution capability at scale
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in commercial strategy, enterprise sales, deal architecture, consulting, or strategic program leadership
- 8+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives or teams in complex organizational environments
- Strong expertise in shaping large, multi-stakeholder commercial deals and partnership structures
- Proven ability to develop executive-level messaging, strategic narratives, and value-based storytelling frameworks
- Experience building scalable commercial toolkits, templates, or standardized operating frameworks
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across sales, finance, product, and legal teams
- Advanced degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience in business, strategy, or related field
