Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive product delivery and adoption. The role requires strong systems thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity while making informed, high-stakes decisions. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that blends strategic vision, operational rigor, and customer-centric thinking. Your work will directly influence how clinical research organizations collaborate and innovate globally.

Accountabilities

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals, financial outcomes, and market opportunities.
  • Partner closely with design teams to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences that balance detail and vision.
  • Lead cross-functional readiness efforts with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product adoption and go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve offerings.
  • Identify risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities, making informed decisions in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and technical teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and priorities.
  • Engage deeply with customer needs and market trends to inform product direction and innovation.
  • Mentor and develop product talent, fostering high-performing and accountable teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive product leadership experience in complex, cross-functional environments, with a strong ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution. You are comfortable making high-impact decisions, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving measurable product success.

  • 10–15+ years of product management experience, including ownership of major product lines or portfolios.
  • Proven experience defining and executing product strategy in complex, data-driven environments.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect product decisions to business and financial outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

  • Strong focus on operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or complex enterprise software environments is a plus.
