Senior Growth Manager - SaaS

You will take ownership of a high-impact performance marketing function within a fast-scaling SaaS environment focused on B2B growth. The role is central to driving pipeline expansion across the DACH market through data-driven paid acquisition strategies. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations, ensuring full-funnel efficiency and measurable ROI. Your work will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple paid channels and platforms. You will actively leverage AI tools and automation to scale output, improve efficiency, and accelerate experimentation cycles. Accountabilities:

  • You manage and optimize end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit, ensuring consistent performance improvement and scalable growth.
  • You design and execute a modern growth stack leveraging AI tools, automation, and experimentation frameworks to increase marketing efficiency and output.
  • You plan and allocate media budgets with a strong ROI focus, while developing creative strategies that directly address customer pain points in e-commerce and B2B markets.
  • You optimize landing pages, paid funnels, and retargeting ecosystems to maximize conversion rates and improve overall funnel performance.
  • You oversee tracking infrastructure, including server-side tracking, attribution models, and data quality management to ensure reliable performance measurement.
  • You collaborate closely with analytics and CRM stakeholders to improve Cost per SQL, pipeline contribution, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment with measurable growth impact.
  • You have strong operational expertise in at least one major paid channel such as Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn, with working knowledge of additional platforms.
  • You demonstrate proven experience in creative strategy development, including video, static, and carousel ad formats.
  • You actively use AI tools and automation solutions to enhance productivity, scale content production, and improve campaign performance.
  • You have strong knowledge of attribution, server-side tracking, and performance measurement frameworks; experience with HubSpot is a strong advantage.
  • You communicate fluently in German and professionally in English, both written and spoken, in cross-functional environments.
