Senior Growth Marketing Manager
In this role, you will own the full-funnel growth engine of a fast-scaling SaaS platform in the short-term rental industry, shaping how users discover, engage, and convert across the entire customer journey. You will operate at the intersection of acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention, ensuring every stage of the funnel is continuously optimized through experimentation and data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact, hands-on position where you will design and execute growth strategies spanning organic, paid, and product-led channels. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and revenue teams to align messaging and improve performance across the lifecycle. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply focused on measurable outcomes. You will also play a key role in building AI-enabled growth workflows and scaling experimentation culture across the organization.
Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for owning and optimizing the entire growth funnel, from first touch to activation and retention, ensuring continuous improvement across acquisition channels, onboarding, and user engagement.
- Own the end-to-end growth funnel, including acquisition, signup, activation, and credit-period retention.
- Lead SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies to strengthen organic visibility and inbound demand generation.
- Optimize website performance, landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding journeys through CRO testing.
- Support paid acquisition strategy in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring messaging consistency and performance alignment.
- Design, run, and evaluate growth experiments across channels, building a structured experimentation roadmap.
- Analyze funnel performance using GA4 and other analytics tools to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
- Improve activation flows and onboarding experiences to increase user engagement and conversion to key milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Revenue teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve acquisition efficiency and downstream retention.
Requirements:
You bring strong experience in growth marketing with a proven ability to manage full-funnel strategies and drive measurable business impact in SaaS or digital-first environments.
- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing, ideally in SaaS.
- Proven success improving organic search performance and driving SEO-led growth.
- Strong experience working across the full customer lifecycle, including activation and retention.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and ability to independently analyze and act on data insights.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end growth experiments.
- Strong understanding of CRO, funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
- Familiarity with SQL, HubSpot, or Webflow is a plus.
- Experience in proptech, hospitality, or short-term rental industries is a plus.
