This role is designed for an experienced learning professional responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating engaging training solutions across multiple modalities. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to design instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. The position emphasizes applying advanced adult learning principles, instructional design models, and emerging technologies to optimize knowledge retention and performance. You will lead projects, mentor junior instructional designers, and continuously improve training programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Conduct thorough needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts to design innovative learning solutions.
• Develop and implement project plans, applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to achieve performance objectives.
• Lead cross-functional training projects, coordinating team members and external resources to deliver high-quality training content.
• Create and maintain instructional materials, including facilitator guides, workbooks, e-learning modules, simulations, role-plays, and multimedia content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and other performance metrics, continuously improving learning programs.
• Maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and report on outcomes according to project management standards.
