As a Senior Lead Product Designer, you will guide the creation of intuitive, innovative, and user-centered product experiences across digital and physical platforms. You will lead design system evolution, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and translate user insights into actionable design solutions. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on design leadership, ensuring production-ready outputs that meet both business goals and customer needs. You will drive user research, prototype development, and interface design for complex interactions, while mentoring design teams and setting company-wide design standards. Accountabilities

· Lead the evolution, maintenance, and implementation of design systems.

· Collaborate with design teams, product managers, and technical staff to ensure seamless product experiences across commercialization stages.

· Direct user research initiatives and synthesize findings into actionable design improvements.

· Develop interfaces for complex interactions, including remote adjustments, firmware updates, and diagnostics.

· Oversee prototyping, visual, motion, and interaction design to convey product experiences effectively.

· Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring designs are production-ready and aligned with company standards.

· Facilitate meetings, convey project updates, and support rollout processes for software development teams.
