Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing - Core Business
In this strategic role, you will lead the revenue marketing engine behind one of the most critical product suites, driving predictable and scalable pipeline growth across the Core business. You will design and execute high-impact, multi-channel demand generation programs that convert intent into qualified opportunities and measurable revenue outcomes. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing, you will shape full-funnel strategies powered by data, automation, and AI. This is a highly visible role where your decisions directly influence pipeline performance and business growth. Accountabilities
In this role, you will own and scale revenue marketing strategy and execution for the Core product suite, ensuring consistent pipeline creation and conversion across the funnel:
- Develop and lead multi-channel campaign strategies that address funnel gaps, optimize targeting, and align messaging across audiences, geographies, and stages.
- Design and execute integrated demand generation programs across inbound, outbound, and partner channels to drive inquiries, MQLs, SQLs, and Stage 0 pipeline.
- Partner closely with Sales, BDR, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and pipeline goals.
- Leverage data, intent signals, and analytics to continuously refine campaigns, improve conversion rates, and increase ROI.
- Own channel strategy across email, paid media, events, web, and partner ecosystems to maximize pipeline contribution and efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics end-to-end and translate insights into actionable optimizations and executive-level reporting.
- Ensure campaign readiness, execution excellence, and continuous improvement through test-and-learn approaches and AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements
You bring strong experience in B2B SaaS revenue marketing, with a proven ability to drive measurable pipeline impact through integrated campaigns and cross-functional collaboration:
- 6–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated campaign management roles.
- Proven success in managing full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns in collaboration with Sales, BDR, and RevOps teams.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, ON24, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics (inquiry, MQL, SQL, pipeline) and ability to optimize performance across each stage.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional fluency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
