As a Senior Pcb Designer, you will lead the design and development of printed circuit boards that meet high standards for mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers, managing complex projects from concept to delivery while ensuring quality, efficiency, and schedule adherence. Your expertise will directly impact product performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Accountabilities
- Design printed circuit boards (Pcbs) that meet or exceed mechanical, electrical (Rf and mixed-signal), and manufacturing requirements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate daily with customers and internal teams through web-based platforms to address design and project issues.
- Apply independent thinking and creativity to complex or schedule-intensive projects.
- Track and report project activities, hours, and quality objectives using proprietary project management tools.
- Advocate for customer needs and contribute to the growth of existing business relationships.
