Accountabilities

• Collaborate on strategy with the Account Director and own execution
• Lead day-to-day client delivery and communication
• Ensure work is executed at a high standard across channels
• Coordinate internal project managers and channel specialists to ensure nothing slips
• Monitor performance and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities
• Be accountable for client results, retention, and delivery quality

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional marketing experience
• Proven experience managing ongoing client relationships at a marketing agency
• Experience overseeing multi-channel marketing programs
• Project management experience (formal or informal)
• Expert-level experience in at least one marketing area (e.g., email automation, SEO, content marketing)
• Hands-on intermediate or higher experience in at least three additional marketing areas
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Problem solver with a proactive and resilient attitude
