Senior Product Designer, Commerce

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the experiences that drive revenue for appointment-based, self-care businesses. In this role, you will translate complex operational and financial requirements into clear, intuitive, and reliable user experiences that scale across multiple product areas, including payments, memberships, packages, and reporting. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ship thoughtful solutions, contribute to the evolution of design systems, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities:

• Design intuitive, reliable, and scalable experiences for commerce-related products, including payments, memberships, gift cards, packages, and reporting.
• Translate complex operational and financial requirements into clear, actionable designs that prioritize clarity, trust, and usability.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to explore edge cases, prototype flows, and pressure-test user interactions.
• Validate assumptions through lightweight research, customer interviews, and usability testing.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system by creating components and patterns that support commerce complexity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Maintain high standards of visual craft, interaction design, and system thinking across all commerce experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing complex, systems-heavy products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or commerce environments.
• Demonstrated track record of owning projects from problem definition through launch and measurable impact.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to accelerate research, prototyping, and iteration.
• Strong product thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual and functional craft, supported by a portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills, with comfort collaborating directly with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while driving high-quality outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset, curious and open to feedback, with a focus on clarity and user-centered solutions.
