Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of a leading B2B platform. In this role, you will work closely in a product trio with Product and Engineering partners, designing solutions that make complex workflows intuitive and delightful. You will balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints, transforming research and data into actionable, scalable design outcomes. Your work will modernize legacy systems, enhance user experience, and contribute to a cohesive design system. Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end design for a product area, from discovery and concept to delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, validate opportunities, and shape product strategy.
• Modernize legacy platform experiences by simplifying complex workflows and creating scalable solutions.
• Use data, user research, and business insights to prioritize features and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and advocate for design excellence.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, maintaining consistency and usability across the platform.
• Mentor junior designers and participate in team rituals and design culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or platform products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex system design, workflow optimization, and user-centered decision-making.
• Experience designing within legacy or enterprise systems, balancing modernization with technical constraints.
• Skilled in collaborative product discovery, translating research and data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, and familiarity with large-scale design systems.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and iterating toward measurable impact.
• Nice to have: experience in fashion tech, retail tech, supply chain platforms, information architecture, or front-end collaboration.
