Senior Product Designer - Finance and Reporting

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced product designer to shape the future of financial reporting tools within a fast-growing, global SaaS environment. In this role, you will transform complex financial and operational data into intuitive, user-friendly experiences that empower property managers to make faster and more informed decisions. You will own the end-to-end design process for finance dashboards and reporting features, working closely with product, engineering, and research teams in a highly collaborative and remote-first environment. The position requires a strong balance of systems thinking, data visualization expertise, and user-centric design excellence. Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for finance dashboards and reporting features, from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
• Translate complex financial and operational requirements into clear, intuitive, and user-centered design solutions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points in financial workflows.
• Design advanced data visualizations and reporting interfaces that simplify complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Create user journeys, service blueprints, and system maps to structure and clarify financial processes such as trust accounting.
• Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs, iterating based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of designs.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality user experience across products.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align stakeholders, generate ideas, and support decision-making.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within a B2B SaaS or data-heavy product environment.
• Strong experience designing financial dashboards, reporting tools, or complex data visualization interfaces.
• Deep understanding of the full design thinking process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery.
• Strong skills in user research, storytelling, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
• Excellent visual and UI design skills with strong attention to hierarchy, clarity, and data presentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout and modern design workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, and design acceleration.
• Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across distributed teams.
• Bonus: experience with vibecoding or design-to-code workflows.
