Senior Product Designer - Finance and Reporting

This role is focused on shaping intuitive, high-impact financial reporting experiences within a leading SaaS platform used by thousands of professional users worldwide. You will take ownership of designing complex data-heavy products, transforming financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. The environment is highly collaborative and product-driven, requiring strong autonomy and the ability to work across research, design, and delivery. You will play a key role in defining how users interact with critical financial workflows such as dashboards, reporting systems, and trust accounting tools. Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for finance dashboards and reporting features, from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery
• Translate complex financial and operational requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs and inform design decisions
• Design clear user journeys, service blueprints, and system flows for complex financial workflows
• Create advanced data visualizations that simplify complex financial and operational datasets
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs, iterating based on user feedback and testing insights
• Ensure consistency and scalability by contributing to and maintaining the design system
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong experience designing financial dashboards, reporting tools, or data-heavy interfaces
• Deep understanding of the design thinking process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery
• Strong skills in user research, storytelling, journey mapping, and service blueprinting
• Excellent visual and interface design capabilities with strong attention to detail and data hierarchy
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout and modern design workflows
• Experience working in agile environments with multiple concurrent projects and strong prioritization skills
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear, intuitive user experiences
• Nice to have: experience with financial SaaS products, data visualization tools, or vibecoding
