Accountabilities:
路 Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research and prototyping through to final design implementation.
路 Develop and manage scalable design systems that ensure consistency across mobile platforms.
路 Apply customer-centric frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) to design experiences that meet user needs and drive business objectives.
路 Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align designs with business and technical requirements.
路 Conduct usability testing, iterate based on feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.
路 Present design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
