As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of mobile-first product design initiatives that directly impact customers in a fast-growing environment. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end design process — from research and user flows to polished, production-ready designs. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders, you'll bring clarity to complex problems and create user experiences that are both elegant and functional. Accountabilities:

• Independently own the end-to-end design process, including user flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and polished deliverables ready for engineering handoff.
• Conduct user research, discovery calls, and customer visits; synthesize findings into actionable insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet both business goals and user needs.
• Work closely with Engineers, QA, and cross-functional partners to iterate quickly, refine ideas, and ensure smooth implementation.
• Participate in design reviews by presenting work, receiving feedback, and contributing to team-wide discussions on quality and best practices.
• Contribute to building a strong design culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
