Accountabilities

• Support the UX teams in both India and US with research requests including scoping initiatives.
• Coordinate testing needs and synthesize findings to enhance user experiences.
• Facilitate in-field research and post-research synthesis through analysis.
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative research like moderated testing and surveys.
• Assist the team in keeping the ongoing research library up-to-date.
• Build wireframes and interactive prototypes within agile sprint timelines.
• Enable a test and iterate approach for product development.

Requirements

• Strong wireframing and prototyping abilities.
• Experience practicing UX design research for digital product teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
