Accountabilities:

• Own the end-to-end design of features, from ideation to production, ensuring cohesive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the roadmap, assess technical feasibility, and prioritize user needs.
• Create deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs while incorporating team feedback.
• Conduct user research, test hypotheses, and translate findings into actionable design updates.
• Advocate for a holistic user experience, keeping the entire user journey in focus.
• Contribute to and maintain a design system for consistency and efficiency across products.
• Participate in team critiques and support a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Explore and implement new design tools and processes, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance productivity.
