Senior Product Designer

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving design excellence across a fast-growing SaaS environment, working on products that impact users worldwide. You'll lead the full design cycle—from research and discovery through delivery and post-launch analysis—while championing design thinking principles at every step. Collaboration is central, as you'll partner with product managers, engineers, customer success, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, impactful solutions. Success means deeply understanding users, shaping scalable design systems, and ensuring seamless experiences across devices. This is a fully remote opportunity, open to candidates physically based within the EMEA region.

Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Translate insights into user-centered designs that balance business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and inform design decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align teams and drive effective decision-making.
• Create polished mockups, prototypes, and design assets, iterating based on testing and feedback.
• Ensure consistency across platforms and devices by maintaining and evolving the design system.
• Build strong empathy with users, turning insights into compelling product stories and identifying gaps in workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
