Senior Product Designer

You will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to shape workflows, developer tools, and AI agent interfaces that scale across enterprise operations. The position emphasizes end-to-end ownership, from research and ideation to shipping and iterating on product designs. You will have a direct impact on both the usability and adoption of cutting-edge voice AI technology. Accountabilities

• Own end-to-end product design for workflows, developer tools, and AI agent experiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts, APIs, and automation workflows into intuitive and delightful interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product leaders to rapidly ship and iterate on designs.
• Conduct lean user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the product design system and ensure consistency across all interfaces.
• Advocate for users, balancing usability, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Drive projects forward with a bias toward action, focusing on practical execution over theory.
