Accountabilities

• Translate complex financial and operational requirements into simple user experiences.
• Use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to refine your design workflow.
• Validate design assumptions through customer interactions and usability tests.
• Participate openly in critiques and contribute to design culture.
• Uphold high standards for clarity, usability, and visual design.
• Enhance Boulevard's design system by developing components for commerce.

Requirements

• Experience in designing complex systems-heavy products, preferably in B2B or fintech.
• Proven track record of leading projects from conception to launch.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for design purposes.
• A robust portfolio showcasing interaction design and product thinking.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and drive progress.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with engineers and PMs.
