Accountabilities

• Lead the creation of exceptional product experiences in collaboration with design, product, engineering, research, and marketing teams.
• Deliver high-quality visual design, interaction design, and prototyping for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Work independently on end-to-end design projects, conducting research, defining scope, and advocating for user needs.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across product surfaces.
• Collaborate on projects ranging from trail discovery to navigation and growth initiatives, applying design thinking to solve complex problems.
• Provide feedback and mentorship within the design team, promoting a culture of craft and collaboration.
• Leverage data, usability testing, and research insights to inform design decisions and prioritize projects effectively.
