Accountabilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision for new systems, tools, and operational improvements that support long-term business growth.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product plans by aligning technical capabilities with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, development coordination, release, implementation, and continuous optimization.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficient delivery of product initiatives.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and implement improved solutions to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, analysts, and operational leaders to deliver impactful product outcomes.
• Independently manage specialized product initiatives or specific stages of product development when required.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Project Management within a fast-paced digital or technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering product initiatives that generate measurable business results.
• Strong knowledge of modern product management practices, frameworks, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into product improvements.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams around a shared vision.
• Experience with automation tools and building no-code or low-code prototypes to test product hypotheses.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in business analysis is considered an advantage.
