Accountabilities

• Build and guide the development of empathetic and intelligent conversational AI agents for automating complex recruiting workflows.
• Combine user research insights with product strategy to design and execute high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define system flows, dependencies, and metrics for success.
• Align product initiatives with stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities and constraints.
• Run rapid feedback loops and iterate based on measurable outcomes and user feedback.
• Advocate for the user experience, ensuring a holistic, multi-agent approach to product development.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.
