Accountabilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for behavioral healthcare financial operations and reporting.
• Lead modernization efforts of legacy systems and integrate automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Partner with finance, compliance, and legal teams to maintain high-quality reporting outputs.
• Manage cross-functional agile teams, facilitating tradeoff discussions and prioritizing initiatives in alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive organizational change by translating strategic goals into actionable product plans and influencing executive decisions.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across technical, financial, and policy teams.
