Accountabilities:

• Lead the growth strategy to scale the platform across all restaurant chain segments.
• Conduct direct customer discovery in restaurant environments to inform product decisions.
• Build strong relationships with customers to deeply understand their pain points, goals, and operational needs.
• Pioneer innovative features through experimentation and competitive market analysis.
• Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer and business outcomes.
• Define, track, and analyze growth metrics to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX Design, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to execute cross-functional objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing B2B software products.
• Proven ability to drive product growth in an agile, cross-functional environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; capable of articulating complex customer problems to diverse audiences.
• Systems thinking and analytical mindset with experience making data-informed product decisions.
• Expertise in customer and product discovery frameworks, such as User Story Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, and Jobs to be Done.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and translate solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience in SaaS B2B products, restaurant technology, food service operations, or related domains.
