Accountabilities:

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for marketplace integrations and middleware platforms
• Design and evolve a scalable, public-facing API ecosystem, transitioning from legacy point-to-point integrations
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define API structures, data flows, and error-handling strategies
• Partner with revenue and commercial teams to ensure integrations deliver measurable business impact
• Balance internal product priorities with external partner requirements to enable seamless platform connectivity
• Develop observability and diagnostic tools to empower internal teams to troubleshoot integration issues independently
• Define and monitor key success metrics such as adoption, conversion, and retention for integrations
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and long-term collaboration
• Make strategic decisions and trade-offs to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or platform ecosystems
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and error handling
• Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and balancing competing priorities
• Track record of delivering scalable product solutions within distributed or remote teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience working with external partners and managing integration-driven initiatives
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
