Senior Product Manager, Scheduling Platform

This role sits at the core of a mission-critical platform that powers scheduling across multiple products and customer workflows. You will define and evolve the strategy for a scalable scheduling foundation that enables teams across the organization to build, integrate, and innovate more effectively. Acting as a key driver of platform transformation, you will balance long-term architectural thinking with short-term delivery impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and cross-functional product teams to shape reusable capabilities that support a wide range of use cases. The role requires strong product leadership in a highly technical environment where scheduling is central to user experience and operational workflows. You will help unlock new product possibilities while ensuring reliability, flexibility, and performance at scale.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a foundational scheduling platform that supports multiple product teams and customer workflows.

• Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Scheduling Platform, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and long-term value.
• Drive discovery for platform-level opportunities by analyzing user workflows, identifying patterns, and evaluating emerging technologies.
• Partner with internal product teams to identify shared needs and design reusable platform capabilities.
• Prioritize and sequence roadmap initiatives, balancing technical risk, business value, and phased delivery approaches.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to guide architectural decisions, platform investments, and execution planning.
• Communicate platform strategy, trade-offs, and impact clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies across product teams, integrations, and data contracts to ensure cohesive platform evolution.

Requirements

You are a strong product leader with experience building or scaling technical, platform-oriented products in complex environments.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or integration-heavy product areas.
• Strong ability to define reusable capabilities rather than solving isolated feature requests.
• Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure, clarity, and prioritization.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams and comfort discussing technical trade-offs and system design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in translating technical work into business value.
• Experience working with APIs, integration systems, and understanding downstream consumer needs.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, API contracts, and system design discussions.
• Data-informed mindset with experience using observability or monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana).
• Strong judgment in balancing foundational investment versus speed of delivery.
