As a Senior Product Manager for Billing, you will lead the development of innovative payments solutions that simplify how clients find and pay for therapy. You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, improving billing systems, and driving scalability and reliability across complex financial workflows. Working closely with engineering, revenue cycle, and cross-functional product teams, you will tackle technical challenges while advocating for an exceptional user experience. Accountabilities

· Own the product roadmap and strategy for billing-related platforms and features.

· Analyze gaps in existing billing workflows, resolve data inaccuracies, and improve system efficiency.

· Drive improvements to billing data models and platform reliability, scalability, and accuracy.

· Collaborate with engineering, revenue cycle, and other product teams to meet revenue and payments goals.

· Define best practices and contribute to building the product management culture within the organization.

· Engage with stakeholders to translate user needs and operational insights into actionable product initiatives.
