This is a rare opportunity to lead the creation of a next-generation security product at the intersection of observability, cloud infrastructure, and AI. You will own a new product line from zero to one, defining strategy, roadmap, and market positioning while transforming a strong vision into a trusted customer solution. You will collaborate closely with engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers to shape features that improve detection, response, and operational efficiency. Accountabilities:

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a new security platform, from discovery through MVP launch and ongoing growth
• Conduct deep customer discovery with CISOs, SOC teams, and engineering organizations to identify pain points and priorities
• Define and evolve the product roadmap, beginning with modern SIEM capabilities and expanding into broader SecOps solutions
• Translate complex security workflows and market needs into clear product requirements and high-value features
• Partner with engineering teams on data pipelines, detection logic, integrations, and system architecture decisions
• Shape the use of AI across detection, investigation, automation, and incident response workflows
• Work closely with go-to-market teams to position the product effectively in a competitive cybersecurity landscape
• Measure and optimize outcomes such as detection quality, investigation speed, cost efficiency, and noise reduction
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to guide long-term strategy

Requirements:

• Proven product management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, observability, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS environments
• Deep hands-on knowledge of SIEM, XDR, SOAR, or related security platforms and SOC operating models
• Strong understanding of modern security architecture trends including cloud-native security and security data platforms
• Experience building products in 0-to-1 environments with high ambiguity and evolving priorities
• Strong product judgment balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial impact
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical topics to customers, executives, and engineers
• Technical fluency to collaborate on pipelines, detection systems, integrations, and platform behavior
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in startup or high-growth environments with high ownership expectations

Nice to have:

• Experience with observability technologies such as OpenTelemetry, logs, metrics, or traces
• Background in Kubernetes, AWS, microservices, or cloud-native systems
• Experience with AI-driven security, analytics, or automation tools
• Prior experience in venture-backed or scaling technology companies
