This role sits at the center of a new financial product aimed at improving access to credit for underserved consumers. You will own critical parts of the product lifecycle, from onboarding and activation through engagement, retention, and repayment behavior. Working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, you will turn member insights and performance data into impactful product decisions. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Credit, Underwriting, Legal, and Operations. You will help shape a next-generation pay-in-4 card designed for everyday use and long-term member value.
