You'll collaborate closely with engineers, technical leaders, and stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, validate them with real users, and ensure delivery of innovative solutions that solve practical challenges. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll drive experimentation, foster user-centric design, and play a pivotal role in defining the roadmap of a strategic area for the business.

Accountabilities

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Driving product discovery by conducting deep user research with accountants, entrepreneurs, and internal teams to uncover pain points and opportunities for GenAI.
• Partnering with engineering and technical leaders to design, test, and validate innovative AI-driven use cases.
• Adopting a rapid experimentation and "test & learn" mindset, moving from prototypes to scalable products.
• Managing the transition from exploration to industrialization, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and impactful.
• Connecting technical possibilities with real user needs, balancing innovation with pragmatism.
• Acting as the bridge between highly technical teams and broader business objectives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Contributing to the definition of team OKRs, strategy, and best practices in product management.
