Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, focusing on improving user retention and engagement
• Define and prioritize product features aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and community stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
• Identify new product opportunities and contribute to long-term roadmap planning and key results definition
• Drive experimentation through iterative releases, validating hypotheses with data and user feedback
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to assess product performance and inform decisions
• Maintain clear and transparent documentation for both internal teams and external community stakeholders
• Guide cross-functional teams in agile development processes and ensure alignment on priorities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on user-facing digital products
• 3+ years of experience managing mobile applications on Android and/or iOS platforms
• Proven track record of launching and optimizing features in large-scale consumer apps
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within agile or iterative development environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, or product analytics
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commitment to inclusive product development and diverse user needs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
