As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping the foundational Identity & Permissions platform used by internal teams and external users. You will define the roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure that authentication, access control, and user security features are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Accountabilities

• Own and manage the Identity & Permissions roadmap, including setting OKRs, priorities, and delivering key features.
• Conduct continuous discovery through interviews, stakeholder collaboration, and data analysis.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, and Compliance teams to build secure, scalable, and user-facing systems.
• Establish product management best practices for discovery, delivery, roadmapping, and communication.
• Align internal stakeholders across product and technical teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Lead cross-team projects involving authentication, role-based access control, user security, and related platform infrastructure.
• Mentor future PMs as the team grows, promoting product culture across the organization.
