We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing the onboarding experience for clients across various segments. Your strategic direction will drive the development of a seamless onboarding platform that aligns with regulatory requirements while fostering growth. Accountabilities

• Define and own the onboarding platform strategy to facilitate identity verification, KYC workflows, and client activation.
• Lead the rearchitecture of the onboarding platform, focusing on speeding up launches and enhancing reliability.
• Build a self-serve onboarding platform for product and engineering teams to manage onboarding flows independently.
• Collaborate with engineering to scale core onboarding capabilities and ensure compliance workflows are efficient.
• Transform isolated onboarding processes into a unified platform for modular and reusable capabilities.
• Align various stakeholders to support both regulatory obligations and product innovation.
• Establish metrics for onboarding success to enhance activation rates and platform efficiency.
• Prepare for future regulatory changes by building scalable infrastructure for global operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management focused on platforms or infrastructure products.
• Proven track record in delivering self-service products for internal teams.
• Ability to convert technical projects into meaningful business outcomes.
• Experience leading platform evolutions while balancing system health and product delivery.
• Skill in creating scalable support mechanisms such as documentation, APIs, and workflows.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
