Senior Product Marketing Manager

In this high-impact role, you will operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales—owning how the product narrative shows up in the market and drives measurable growth. You'll translate customer insights, competitive dynamics, and product innovation into compelling messaging and integrated go-to-market strategies. Working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to influence positioning, launches, and revenue outcomes. Accountabilities:

Own and continuously refine product messaging and positioning, crafting differentiated narratives tailored to executives, decision-makers, and end users.

Translate customer insights, market research, and product capabilities into high-impact storytelling that powers campaigns, content, and sales enablement.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches, aligning marketing, product, and sales execution.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and long-term adoption.

Create and oversee compelling content across web, sales collateral, thought leadership, and campaign materials, acting as a hands-on writer and editor.

Partner closely with Sales teams to build enablement tools, refine talk tracks, and establish feedback loops to optimize messaging effectiveness.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and continuously improve go-to-market approaches.

Requirements:

5+ years of product marketing experience, with proven success owning messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy in dynamic, fast-moving environments; startup experience preferred.

Demonstrated experience leading product launches from narrative development through cross-functional execution.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and how content, product, and distribution channels align to drive growth.

Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives in ambiguous environments.

Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels, including Product Management and Sales leadership.

Practical experience leveraging AI tools in daily workflows to accelerate research, drafting, iteration, and execution.

High standards, growth mindset, low ego, and openness to candid feedback.
