Accountabilities

• Own positioning & messaging: define the 'why us' and maintain consistency across various platforms.
• Be the voice of the customer: conduct interviews and gather insights to identify conversion drivers.
• Lead product launches and align teams through clear success metrics.
• Deliver impactful internal and external communication assets.
• Define and track key performance indicators using data and AI to enhance message testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a focus on positioning and launches.
• Strong customer insight skills from various research methodologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to execute go-to-market plans.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated impact on customer acquisition and retention in a previous role.
• Ability to utilize analytics for prioritization and measuring success.
• Self-starter capable of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and content development.
