Senior UI/UX Designer

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in AI-driven product environments and enjoys transforming complex document intelligence workflows into intuitive, high-impact user experiences. You will shape end-to-end product design across web and mobile applications, working on solutions that turn unstructured business documents into structured, actionable insights. Operating in a fast-paced, product-led team, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define user needs and translate them into elegant, functional interfaces. You will also play a key role in prototyping AI-assisted design concepts and validating ideas through rapid iteration and user feedback. The environment is highly collaborative, experimentation-driven, and focused on solving real-world enterprise data challenges through design excellence and usability. Your work will directly influence how users interact with intelligent automation systems at scale.

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive and consistent user experiences across platforms
• Gather, analyze, and translate user and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Build and iterate on interactive prototypes, including AI-assisted design workflows using modern prototyping tools
• Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative) to understand user behavior, pain points, and usability improvements
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to validate design feasibility and ensure smooth implementation
• Identify UX issues, improve responsiveness, and continuously refine interfaces based on user feedback and data insights
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and iterations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, wireframing tools, design systems, and Adobe Photoshop
• Proven experience creating user flows, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into simple, user-centric design solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and Engineers
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
