Senior UX Designer
This role offers the opportunity to shape intuitive, AI-enhanced cybersecurity experiences used by global customers in high-stakes environments. You will join a cross-functional UX organization working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to design solutions that directly improve usability, efficiency, and security outcomes. You will contribute across the full design lifecycle, from discovery and research to prototyping and delivery. Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of user-centric experiences across complex cybersecurity products, ensuring clarity, usability, and measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into effective design solutions and workflows. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading UX design activities across product features, from concept through prototyping and production-ready designs.
- Creating user journeys, task flows, and information architectures to identify pain points and define improved experiences.
- Conducting and supporting user research activities, including interviews, testing, and feedback synthesis.
- Designing AI-augmented cybersecurity interfaces that balance human interaction and intelligent automation.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to refine features and ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Contributing to and evolving design systems, guidelines, and UX best practices.
- Supporting continuous improvement by integrating feedback and usability insights into iterative design cycles.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong experience in UX design within complex digital or enterprise environments, with a user-centered mindset and the ability to simplify technical systems. You should be comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and applying modern design practices, including AI-assisted workflows. Key requirements include:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer working on complex web or enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, HCI fundamentals, and UX methodologies.
- Experience designing information architecture, workflows, and multi-persona user journeys.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Hands-on experience with user research techniques such as interviews, usability testing, and remote studies.
- Exposure to AI-powered design tools and interest in applying AI to enhance UX workflows.
- Knowledge of service design principles and design systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
