Accountabilities:

• Vision & Strategy: Partner with the CPO and product line leaders to shape a compelling product vision and build company-wide consensus on strategic priorities to drive execution.
• Team Leadership & Culture: Attract, build, and develop a diverse team of product leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and excellence across multiple geographies.
• Operational Excellence: Own the organizational design and rituals that maximize efficiency in a fluid environment, establishing clear, measurable goals to ensure the health and success of the product group.
• Go-to-Market Synergy: Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to sharpen value propositions, influence product messaging, and ensure absolute clarity of strategy for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ruthless Prioritization: Manage multiple products and competing priorities with a focus on delivering industry-recognized solutions that solidify the company's competitive position.

Requirements:

• Extensive Industry Tenure: You possess 20+ years of experience in the software industry, with at least 12 years dedicated to product management and 8+ years in senior leadership roles (Director level or above).
• Technical Mastery: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent practical experience) is required, along with a demonstrated track record of complex product work and outbound customer engagement.
• Strategic Scaling: Proven experience in hiring, leading, and scaling cross-functional teams across global geographies, with direct ownership of product vision and strategy.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to set a broad strategic outlook while maintaining the capacity to provide detailed operational direction.
• Domain Expertise: Preferred candidates will have familiarity with the data management landscape (databases, analytics, or cloud data services) and experience building 0-1 products or platform ecosystems.
