Senior Visual UI Designer

This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact digital experiences for global brands, combining strong visual craft with system-level thinking. You will be responsible for creating polished, brand-aligned UI designs across multiple platforms while contributing to end-to-end experience design processes. Accountabilities:

• Create and deliver high-fidelity visual UI designs, ensuring strong alignment with brand identity, user needs, and business objectives.
• Develop interface systems, components, typography, and visual languages across multiple platforms and screen sizes.
• Participate actively in ideation sessions, contributing sketches, mood boards, concepts, and design directions.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, strategists, developers, and creative directors to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Produce prototypes and motion concepts using tools such as Figma and AI-assisted design platforms.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, methodologies, and AI-powered design tools, proactively introducing best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in visual or UI design, ideally within agencies or digital product environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand systems, digital interfaces, and multi-channel design experiences.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills for international stakeholders.
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking ability, translating business and UX requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Experience creating and evolving design systems, UI components, and scalable visual frameworks.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern digital workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
• Strong mentorship skills and ability to guide junior designers.
• Nice to have: experience integrating motion design and interactive prototypes into UI workflows.
