You will craft visually compelling wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that enhance engagement and conversion across digital touchpoints. Working closely with developers, marketing, and product teams, you will ensure design integrity while applying best practices for responsive web design, accessibility, SEO, and CRO. The position emphasizes iterative, data-informed design, where user analytics and testing drive improvements. Accountabilities:

As a Senior Web Experience Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Translating copy and concepts into clear wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.
• Designing high-quality, on-brand web pages and interactive experiences that balance usability and aesthetics.
• Collaborating with front-end and back-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Establishing and maintaining design systems for components, templates, and guidelines.
• Creating web graphics and visual assets aligned with brand identity.
• Leveraging analytics, heatmaps, and testing tools to iterate and improve web experiences.
• Ensuring adherence to web standards, including accessibility, SEO, CRO, and responsive design principles.
