Accountabilities:

• Define and own the AI product roadmap, establishing vision, strategy, and prioritized initiatives for AI-driven features.

• Translate customer insights, analytics, and competitive benchmarks into actionable AI use cases that create measurable value.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to convert business goals into technical requirements and deliverables.

• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization, including requirements definition, backlog management, and agile execution.

• Monitor and measure feature performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction, iterating to improve outcomes.

• Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, security, legal, and marketing to ensure product reliability, compliance, and brand alignment.

• Advise leadership on technology trade-offs, infrastructure needs, and AI deployment strategies.
