Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Remote

In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our CRM, marketing automation, and website efforts. Your focus on lead nurturing and operational excellence will significantly contribute to the company's growth. Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing, you will bring your ideas to fruition and ensure that our marketing strategies are not just innovative but also effectively implemented. Accountabilities

• Oversee the operational enhancement of our CRM, including marketing automation.
• Build automations to systematically convert cold leads into MQLs and SQLs.
• Develop and optimize our website in Webflow, creating landing pages and graphic assets.
• Implement SEO and GEO measures to continuously improve visibility and performance.
• Manage our SEA freelancers to ensure successful SEA campaigns.
• Engage in backend tasks like KPI tracking, CRM logic, and automation flows.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in building and optimizing marketing automations.
• 1-2 years of experience with Webflow and the ability to develop websites independently.
• Strong backend skills with a focus on clean automation processes and technical details.
• Knowledge of technical aspects related to website & CRM (e.g., tracking, form logic, API).
• Experience or strong interest in SEO, with initial exposure to GEO/ AI Search as a plus.
• Structured, self-driven work style and willingness to contribute to business growth.
• Fluency in German (C2) and strong English skills (C1).
