This role leads the strategy and execution of AI-powered product innovation, taking concepts from ideation to validated solutions. You will define and own the AI product roadmap, work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, and ensure that innovations integrate seamlessly into existing product lines. The position is highly strategic, offering the opportunity to shape greenfield initiatives, accelerate product development, and deliver meaningful impact for customers. You will directly interact with end-users to validate ideas, establish scalable processes, and influence organizational practices around emerging AI capabilities. Success in this role requires a combination of technical fluency, 0-to-1 product experience, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Accountabilities:

• Own and prioritize the AI product roadmap, balancing quick wins with foundational long-term initiatives
• Drive discovery and validation by engaging with customers to identify high-value workflows for AI automation
• Ship proofs-of-concept and MVPs, defining success metrics and managing the build-measure-learn process
• Build a clear handoff model to integrate validated innovations into core product teams, ensuring smooth adoption
• Partner across product and engineering teams to share insights, prototypes, and learnings for maximum organizational impact
• Contribute to governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment, including data privacy and compliance considerations
• Represent the customer within the Innovation team, translating pain points into actionable product opportunities

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in senior/director-level leadership roles
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch (0-to-1 experience), particularly in ambiguous environments
• Strong technical fluency with AI/ML concepts; able to engage with engineering teams and translate capabilities into product specifications
• Deep understanding of process automation and efficiency improvements, with the ability to quantify impact
• Experience leading agile product delivery, maintaining team velocity without sacrificing quality
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams
• High customer empathy and experience translating enterprise SaaS customer needs into actionable product solutions
• Background in real estate technology, vertical SaaS, or compliance-sensitive industries is a plus
