Own lifecycle experience direction for assigned journeys or segments
Define target customer needs and desired behaviors
Design comprehensive lifecycle experiences across various communication channels
Translate business priorities into actionable lifecycle initiatives
Develop hypotheses to measure lifecycle initiative impacts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive strategies
Monitor and analyze lifecycle performance and optimize based on findings
Act as an advisor on lifecycle best practices across teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing
Proven experience owning customer journeys linked to business outcomes
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
Experience in B2B SaaS or Product-Led Growth environments
